A compact seat belt cutter and window breaker in one is a handy tool designed for Emergency Situations. Whether your driving, walking or cycling you may come across an emergency situation. Once activated the emergency tool can be used to shatter glass and cut a seatbelt should a person/s be trapped.
This device features a small portable design with two main functions:
